Try Cottage Hideaways for holiday is Norfolk and Suffolk
I'd just like to introduce a new cottage holiday website to you, Cottage Hideaways is a small cottage agency with a few cottages around Norfolk and Suffolk. And why, you may be asking yourself, do I want to tell you about this website. Well, to be brutally honest, I'm one of the people who have setup Cottage Hideaways. There, I've declared my interest - just so you know I'm completely biased!More about the cottages
At this juncture I'll introduce you to some of the cottages we have over at Holiday Cottages. The first cottage to mention can be found in Geldeston. The Old Post Office can sleep 6 people, and is positioned centrally in this small village. Close to the local Adnams pub for evening refreshments; you can also hire a boat on the River Waveney just down the road.
Beccles is located 2 miles away, and has a good selection of independent shops to discover. The city of Norwich is 20 miles to the west, and the coast is 10 miles to the east.
Talking of the coast, this brings me to our next holiday cottage, Pebble Cottage in Pakefield. This old fisherman's cottage sleeps 4 people and has a long garden ending at the start of the beach. You can sit in The summer house at the end of the garden and drink in those sea views. Or, if the weather is too inclement for you to enjoy the summer house, spark up the wood burner in the cottage.
A couple of doors down from Pebble Cottage is Beach Cottage. Sleeping 2 people, Beach Cottage makes a good destination for a romantic break. With views of the beach and sea, you can step out of your cottage and head along the coastal path to Lowestoft; or head the other direction, should you be feeling fit, to Southwold.
